TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 28, 2006) - The Company announces that it intends to complete a private placement of $50,000 to directors of Jetcom (TSX VENTURE:JTM). The private placement will consist of one unit comprised of one common share at $0.05 and one warrant exercisable at $0.10 for 2 years form the date of closing. This is will be subject to the TSX four month hold period and TSX Venture Exchange approval.
