| Jetcom Closes Private Placement |

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 2, 2006) - Jetcom Inc. (TSX VENTURE:JTM) -
The Company announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing and has closed the proposed private placement of $50,000 to directors of Jetcom. The private placement will consist of one unit comprised of one common share at $0.05 and one warrant exercisable at $0.10 for 2 years form the date of closing. This will be subject to the TSX four month hold period guidelines from the date of acceptance.
