TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 25, 2007) - Jetcom Inc. (TSX VENTURE:JTM)(FRANKFURT:YGH), is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a private placement of $500,000 to an arm's length placee. The private placement will consist of one unit comprised of one common share at $0.15 and one warrant exercisable at $0.30 for 2 years from the date of closing. This is will be subject to the TSX four month hold period and TSX Venture Exchange approval.
Jetcom Inc. has 38,765,971 outstanding common shares.
